Vaccine Requirements
Bark Avenue and it’s staff does everything in our power to provide a safe and
clean environment for your pets, and we ask that you do your part by following
your veterinarian’s recommended vaccine protocol. We highly recommend
the Bordetella vaccination!
Bark Avenue Requires all dogs less than 2 years
of age to be current on all vaccines, this includes Rabies,
Dhlpp/c, and Bordetella.
Bark Avenue looks for your dogs Bordetella to be updated every (6) Six
months. For Puppies we will be looking for a series of 3-4 Dhlpp/c , a series of
2 Bordetella’s, and Rabies at four (4) month of age. We recommend that you keep
your pets vaccinated. After the age of 2, we will only require Rabies to be
current under North Carolina law. We must see a Rabies Certificate or
documentation from your vet. Bark Avenue also accepts Titer
testing. Please contact your veterinarian if you have any questions
about these vaccinations that Bark Avenue requires. If you do your own vaccines,
we will need to see the lables from the vials, along with dates given in the
series. Rabies must be done by your veterinarian!
